    About the Role
    This is a temp‑to‑permanent opportunity, ideal for someone looking to step into a long‑term role after an initial contract period.
    We’re looking for a reliable and highly organised Team Assistant to be based in our Brisbane CBD office, providing day‑to‑day office support but primarily supporting our consultants nationally with administrative support. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised, and likes being the backbone of a busy office.

    In this role, you’ll support consultants and the wider business through a mix of administration, compliance, coordination, and office support tasks.
     
    Consultant & Sales Support
    • Formatting documentation and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
    • Preparing contracts, client documentation, and standard reports
    • Providing back‑office support to enable smooth day‑to‑day sales and placement processes
    • Completing and updating weekly compliance reports
    • Answering incoming main line calls 
    Brisbane Office Support
    • Purchasing office stationery and managing supplies
    • Troubleshooting basic Level 1 IT and office issues
    • Coordinating internal culture initiatives such as birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries
    • Assisting with CSR initiatives, team lunches, Brisbane‑based events, company‑wide events, and travel coordination
    • General maintenance of the office and kitchen to ensure a welcoming and organised workspace
    About You
    • Previous experience in an administration, office support, or team assistant role (or similar) 
    • Previous experience supporting Sales teams such as Recruitment or Real Estate desired but not essential
    • Strong attention to detail and confidence following structured processes
    • Comfortable working with systems and databases and quick to learn
    • Highly organised, dependable, and proactive
    • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
