Job Description:

  • High-performing, fast-moving team, you'll need to match the pace
  • Up to $110k package | Office-based, WFH case by case
  • Full PA support across diary, travel, events, meetings, billing, and document
  • Personal Assistant
    Salary: Up to $110,000 package
    Location: Sydney CBD
Work arrangement: On site 5 days a week
WFH is not a standard entitlement in this role. It's considered on a case-by-case basis, so ideally you're someone who is comfortable being office-based.

I'm partnering with a leading financial advisory firm in Sydney to find an exceptional Personal Assistant for their practice.
We've supported a number of hires with this firm over the years, boutique in feel, excellent in quality, and genuinely great people to work with.

    The Opportunity
This PA role supports 4 Partners specialising in investigations, AML, and accounting misconduct. 1 Partner requires strong, proactive day-to-day support while the remaining 3 are more ad-hoc. The primary Partner is approachable and fast-moving, he values someone who matches his pace, stays on the front foot with updates, and is reliable with deadlines. This role suits someone adaptable and comfortable across different personalities.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Extensive diary and email management across multiple Partners, with one partner being the main point of support
    • Outlook, CRM, and SAP management, including billing, invoicing, AMEX expenses, and timesheets
    • High-level formatting and production of reports, presentations, memos, letters, and agendas
    • Domestic and international travel coordination
    • Event, meeting, and catering coordination
    • Supporting marketing and business development initiatives via CRM
    • Providing backup support to the broader Sydney admin team and reception as required

    About You
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a PA or senior admin role, ideally from a professional services background
    • You need to be confident, switched-on, and comfortable operating at Partner level
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
    • Immaculate communication and presentation, this is a very corporate, well-presented firm
    • Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure

    The Interview Process
This firm runs a thorough process with 2 in person interviews as well as some testing between stages:
    • Between stages: Cognitive testing (verbal and numerical reasoning) and a personality profile, just be yourself and answer honestly; and a short case study sent via email (designed to take no longer than an hour)

    Why This Firm?
The benefits package is genuinely impressive and includes:
    • 26 weeks' paid parental leave with return-to-work support
    • Full financial and study support and other postgraduate qualifications
    • Option to purchase additional annual leave
    • EAP — 24/7 confidential counselling for employees and their families
    • A social calendar including, community initiatives, sporting events, and team functions
