    5 days on site (full time in the office)
    $80,000 - $95,000 package

    The Opportunity
    This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive, people-oriented Team Assistant to join a busy team. You will be a key support pillar by keeping the wheels turning with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.

    What You'll Be Doing
    • Managing the CRM, maintaining accurate contact and organisation records, and tracking meetings
    • Using SAP to open project codes, raise invoices, and run reports
    • Formatting and finalising professional documents in MS Word and PowerPoint, including letters and presentations
    • Coding monthly AMEX expenses and assisting with weekly timesheet completion
    • Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, airport transfers, and interstate accommodation
    • Performing general administrative duties,photocopying, scanning, document preparation
    • Coordinating events from start to finish: RSVPs, catering, room set-up, and AV support
    • Providing flexible back-up support to the wider admin team and reception as needed

    • Must have intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
    • You're discreet and professional (you know how to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality)
    • You have strong communication skills and know how to read a room
    • You're warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoy working with people
    • Your attention to detail is excellent; you take pride in producing polished, accurate work
    • You're a natural team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed
