Overseeing a team, your role will include (however not be limited to);
- Oversight and accountability for both local and overseas team deliverables
- Prepare and present training on unit pricing
- Calculate and review unit prices for portfolios and trust
- Review of unit prices for managed investment funds, private equity funds and listed investment companies including corporate actions
- Development and training of staff, including performance management
- Training and guidance across Governance & Risk
- Detailed review of distributable income calculations for managed investment funds and liaising with external tax parties
- Research and analyse legislative requirements, updating policies and procedures as required
- Effectively limit risk exposure
- Project work such as system implementations / upgrades
- Review of general and special purpose accounts
- Play an active role in the on boarding of new clients
- Implementation of client change requests
It is essential that you have worked in a role taking full responsibility for staff management including performance management, recruitment, induction, setting KPIs, assigning tasks.
You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be looking for a role based in Parramatta.
