You'll play a key role in improving WHS reporting processes and helping drive a proactive safety culture across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing workers compensation claims from end to end.
- Coordinating return to work programs and supporting injured employees.
- Conducting incident and injury investigations.
- Travelling to various locations to deliver WHS training and education, support managers and employees, and promote best practice safety initiatives across the business.
- Monitoring injury trends and providing regular WHS reporting and insights.
- Developing safety communications, posters and awareness initiatives.
- Supporting and improving WHS reporting processes across the business.
- Working closely with stakeholders to foster a positive and proactive safety culture.
- Assisting with WHS administration and compliance activities.
- Previous experience in a WHS, Injury Management or Workers Compensation focused role.
- Strong understanding of workers compensation legislation and return to work processes.
- Confident managing investigations and preparing reports.
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about driving positive cultural change and improving safety outcomes.
- $85,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Bonus
