Working within a specialist Workforce Performance team, this role will play a key part in helping hotel operations optimise labour, improve workforce performance and ensure staffing levels are aligned with business demand.
This is a highly operational and analytical position, ideal for someone with experience across workforce planning, labour management, rostering or workforce analytics within a large, rostered workforce environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Workforce planning and labour analysis across a portfolio of hotels
- Using UKG Pro Smart Scheduling to support effective workforce planning and rostering
- Analysing business drivers and forecasts to determine required labour hours by shift
- Providing hotels with workforce and labour hour recommendations
- Monitoring actual labour hours and costs against forecast
- Preparing weekly workforce performance reporting
- Partnering with hotel teams to review results and investigate variances
- Identifying the drivers behind over or under performance against labour forecasts
- Supporting the setup and implementation of UKG Pro across new hotel openings
- Working proactively with operational leaders to improve workforce performance and labour efficiency
- Experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, labour management or rostering
- Experience working with large, operational and rostered workforces
- Hospitality or hotel experience is highly regarded, however backgrounds across QSR, retail, entertainment or similar environments will also be considered
- Experience with UKG Pro, particularly Smart Scheduling, is highly desirable
- Experience with Kronos will also be highly regarded
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate it into practical recommendations
- For candidates operating at a more senior level, there may be scope to take greater ownership of stakeholder management and partner directly with senior hotel leadership around labour performance.
- $100,000 to $120,000 + super, depending on experience
- 12 month contract
