We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Administration & SharePoint Project Coordinator to support an organisation through an important period of change.

Working across the business, you will take ownership of consolidating, organising and transferring critical company information into newly developed SharePoint templates. This role requires someone who can quickly understand complex information, work at pace and produce exceptionally accurate work with minimal supervision.

This is not a technical SharePoint development role. It would suit an experienced Executive Assistant, senior administrator or project coordinator who has used SharePoint extensively and is confident managing large volumes of confidential business information.

Immediate start required for a 3-month temporary assignment.

The role
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Gathering information and documentation from stakeholders across the business
  • Populating detailed SharePoint templates with accurate company information
  • Organising documents within a clear and consistent filing structure
  • Creating tables, hyperlinks and direct links to relevant files
  • Managing information relating to company registrations, directorships, insurance policies, banking and key business positions
  • Connecting documentation across business plans, position descriptions and KPIs
  • Reviewing information for accuracy, completeness and consistency
  • Identifying gaps and following up with the relevant business units
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data integrity
  • Assessing progress and identifying whether additional support is required to meet the project deadline
About you
To be successful, you will bring:
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, senior administrator or administration project coordinator
  • Strong practical experience using SharePoint to manage documents, files, tables and links
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to work quickly without compromising the quality of your work
  • Confidence managing sensitive and highly confidential information
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and information-gathering skills
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and drive tasks through to completion
  • A professional, focused and outcomes-oriented approach
The successful candidate will need to work on-site during the initial stages of the assignment to understand the systems, stakeholders and information involved. Remote work may become available once you are fully established in the role.

If you are an experienced EA or senior administrator with advanced SharePoint capability and a reputation for speed, accuracy and getting things done, we would love to hear from you.
