6 Week Temp Contract | Immediate Start | Industrial Environment
We are partnering with a large industrial organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for an immediate start on a 6 week temporary contract.
This role will suit a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, operational environment and partnering closely with leaders across blue-collar and corporate workforces.
About the role
- Partner with operational and corporate leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice
- Support employee relations matters including performance management, investigations and case management
- Advise on industrial relations matters including awards, EBAs and compliance
- Support change initiatives, workforce planning and organisational needs
- Assist with policy interpretation and best-practice HR frameworks
- Work closely with internal HR and safety teams to support business outcomes
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
- Strong background working within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, construction or similar environments
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, awards and industrial relations
- Confident, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
- 6 week temporary contract with potential for extension
