The Role
Reporting to the Finance Lead and working closely with senior finance stakeholders, this position plays a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust controls and supporting month-end processes across the business. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically capable accountant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end activities, reconciliations and general ledger integrity
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and profit & loss reporting
Support financial controls, accruals, revenue recognition and expense allocations - Assist with statutory reporting, audit requirements and compliance obligations
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities across the finance function
About You
- CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion
- Proven experience in a Financial Accountant or Senior Accountant position
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes
- Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-entity or high-growth environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proactive and adaptable approach
