Adrian is a seasoned recruitment professional with more than eight years of experience, specialising in Accounting & Finance. He holds a Bachelor of Business Management (majoring in Human Resource Management) from the University of Queensland.

Adrian began his recruitment career in 2016 through an internship with a global firm, where he earned multiple promotions over six years, eventually leading a team of Accounting & Finance recruiters.

He has recruited finance professionals for over 150 companies across Queensland, ranging from startups to ASX-listed enterprises and global multinationals. Across his career, Adrian has successfully delivered on more than 400 assignments, from Accounts Payable Officers to CFO-level appointments.

Now a Principal Consultant at Perigon Group, Adrian continues to focus on placing qualified and transactional finance professionals across a broad range of industries. His approach is data-driven and relationship-focused, combining market insight with a deep understanding of both client and candidate needs.
