Group Interview - Round 1
Early December
Meet the Perigon team and other graduate candidates in a group setting. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, this is your chance to get a feel for our people, culture and what life at Perigon is really like.
Workshop assessment
February
Time to put your skills into action. Take part in a hands-on sales workshop, followed by a one-on-one interview. We’ll see how you approach challenges, communicate and think on your feet.
Group Interview - Round 2
Early February
Meet your potential managers and mentors in a smaller group setting. We’ll dive deeper into your goals, what you’re looking for in your career and what the next chapter at Perigon could look like.
Offer & Onboarding
March
Made it to the final stage? Successful candidates will receive an offer to join the Perigon Group Graduate Program 2027, followed by pre-boarding ahead of your official start in March.
