Sarah has over 24 years' experience working in recruitment, with 10 years spent working with Australian Government agencies and departments at all levels of government including local, state and federal, GOC's and stat bodies. Sarah is passionate and driven by providing the highest level of service to both clients and candidates.

Assessment Centres – Sarah has successfully run and coordinated Assessment Centres for large organisations such as Youi Insurance, Sunsuper (now Australian Retirement Trust), TAFE QLD, Australia Post, QLeave has been involved in a number of campaigns for Smart Service QLD (call centre responsible for SES response for QLD Government during periods of weather events such as flooding, cyclones, bushfires and storms). Fast, volume recruitment campaigns to onboard up to 100 candidates per day.

COVID Response – Sarah and her team won a contract to supply 25 Allied Health Professionals to Services Australia. Allied Health roles included Psychologists, Nurses, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Behavioural Therapists. Candidates were working in an outbound call centre environment, where they were required to work with individuals on long term sick and employment benefits, and how best to assist them in returning to the workforce.

Election Response – Sarah and her team were responsible for onboarding 450 candidates for the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) during the Federal Election in 2025. Locations included Regional/Metro QLD and NSW.
