About the Role
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national financial services organisation seeking an Enterprise Change Risk Specialist to support the delivery of strategic risk transformation initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to combine risk management, transformation, stakeholder engagement and change management in a highly visible role. You will partner across the business to improve risk maturity, provide strategic oversight of change initiatives, and help embed best-practice risk management across the organisation.
This role will suit someone who enjoys influencing stakeholders, challenging thinking, and helping organisations navigate large-scale transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Line 2 risk oversight across projects, programs and strategic change initiatives
- Support enterprise-wide risk transformation and continuous improvement programs
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and risk discussions
- Review and challenge risk assessments, frameworks and governance processes
- Contribute to the design and rollout of improved risk management practices
About You
- Demonstrated experience within risk management and transformation environments
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory obligations
- Experience supporting complex projects, change programs or business transformation
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Strategic thinker with strong judgement and a practical approach to problem solving
