Following a period of continued expansion, the business is seeking to appoint a Financial Controller to support the finance function and provide leadership across financial operations.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while helping drive improvements across reporting, controls, systems and process.
This role will suit somebody who enjoys balancing technical finance, team leadership and continuous improvement within a complex operating environment.
You will be involved across:
- Financial reporting and month-end close
- Group consolidations and compliance
- Audit and statutory obligations
- Tax and treasury activities
- Systems, controls and process improvement
- Leadership and development of the finance team
- Supporting integration, automation and business improvement initiatives
About You
- CA/CPA qualified
- Strong financial reporting and consolidation experience
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Strong controls, governance and compliance background
- Systems and process improvement capability
- Hands-on and proactive approach
