Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with property developer, leading financial planning, reporting, analysis & strategic insights.

This Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role is an opportunity for a CA/CPA qualified Senior Analyst, Commercial FM or FP&A Manager to join a property group with a purpose.

With an ability to influence business outcomes through utilising your commercial acumen, this role is highly visible across a multitude of stakeholders.

Managing a small team and reporting into the CFO, your remit will include;

• Leading the preparation and delivery of management and financial reporting for the Executive Leadership Team, CEO and Board.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning processes.
• Preparing annual group financial statements and coordinating subsidiary reporting.
• Providing meaningful financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitoring financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving effective business outcomes.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You're a CA or CPA qualified, commercially-focussed FM/FP&A Manager/Senior Analyst/Finance Business Partner, with demonstrated experience within the property sector and a strong understanding of property-related financial drivers and commercial considerations.

You'll have extensive operational business partnering skills, as well as advanced Excel, modelling, budgeting, forecasting and analytics capability.
